RETURNS
<30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY
Our no questions asked policy lasts 30 days. If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it for the first 30 days, you are entitled to a refund, no questions asked. Refunds are NOT available on clearance items (items will have the word "Clearance" in the title if they are clearance items), or post-purchase discount offers.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
You must contact us prior to returning your parcel.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE?
For orders with a value of $70 or more, we pay the postage. If your order costs less than that, you are responsible for the cost of postage.
After 14 days:
Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind or purchased by mistake.
Refunds are only available if your product arrives not as described, if it is broken or if it never arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
This policy lasts for 60 days. After that point, refunds will be approved on a case by case basis.
REFUNDS
Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact page with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header. DO NOT CONTACT US VIA FACEBOOK OR YOUR MESSAGE MAY NOT BE SEEN.
If your order is eligible for refund, we will require you to return your item to our address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact as via email as soon as possible. We ship items as soon as possible to keep customer satisfaction high. If we have shipped your item before your cancellation request is received, the product must be returned before we can refund you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us to know the correct address to return to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
