We want you to be happy with your purchase. Currently, only orders shipped to Australia can be returned, as our central warehouse hub is located in Australia.
If you are in the UK, US, or Canada, we cannot accept standard returns at this time. However, our support team is happy to work with you to provide a satisfactory alternative, such as an exchange, replacement, or store credit, depending on your situation. Please contact us with your order details so we can assist promptly.
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.

Return Fees:
You are responsible for paying any applicable return shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund if you choose to have us provide return labels or manage return shipping on your behalf.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs, and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Exceptions

Clearance items and items purchased with post-purchase discount offers may not be eligible for return.

If an item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error), only a partial refund may be granted.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, you will need to return it to receive a refund.
