Many of our products, including our premium furniture covers, are carefully prepared through our exclusive production process to ensure the best fit and quality for our customers. Because of this attention to detail, additional time may sometimes be required.

Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated within 8 to 21 business days, depending on your address and location.
Actual delivery time depends on your location, local courier schedules, and transportation conditions.

Shipping Methods

Split Shipments

Shipping Costs

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the courier system.
Address Accuracy

Simple Mart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, changes to shipping addresses or order cancellations may not be possible. Please refer to our processing timeline above for expected timeframes. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
